Refund Policy

At Ecoms Edge, we are committed to delivering high-quality website development and digital services. To ensure transparency and customer confidence, this Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be requested.

 

 

 

1. Refund Eligibility for New Customers

 

 

As a new customer, you may request a refund within 30 calendar days of your Date of Purchase.

The Date of Purchase is the day you pay your Setup Fee, which is the one-time fee for Ecoms Edge to design, build, and deliver your website or custom digital service.

 

This 30-day window is referred to as the Refund Period.

 

 

 

2. Required Information & Project Intake

 

 

To begin work on your website or service, you must complete the required onboarding questionnaire and provide all necessary business information and content.

 

If you do not complete the questionnaire or provide the required information, work cannot begin.

You may request a refund at any time during the Refund Period, regardless of whether:

 

  • You completed the questionnaire

  • Work has started

  • You received your website or deliverable

 

 

 

 

3. Refunds After the Refund Period

 

 

Except where clause 4 applies, you will not be eligible for a refund after the Refund Period ends.

 

This applies even if:

 

  • You did not submit the questionnaire

  • Work never started

  • You did not receive your website

 

 

Failure to provide required information does not pause, extend, or reset the Refund Period.

 

All purchases become final and non-refundable after the Refund Period.

 

 

 

4. Delivery Delays — Automatic Extension to Refund Period

 

 

Once you have completed the questionnaire and provided all required information, Ecoms Edge has 7 days to deliver your initial website draft or service.

 

If delivery exceeds this 7-day timeframe, your Refund Period will be automatically extended by the number of days delayed.

 

Example:

If delivery occurs 10 days after questionnaire completion, your Refund Period is extended by 3 days.

 

 

 

5. Refund Amount

 

 

Subject to clause 1, your refund will include the full amount paid minus the cost of any third-party services purchased on your behalf, including but not limited to:

 

  • Domain registration

  • Hosting fees

  • Premium plugins, apps, or software

  • Paid integrations

 

 

If no third-party costs were incurred, you will receive a refund for the full amount paid.
